Our Chef

Born and raised in the heart of Tuscany — between Florence, Greve in Chianti, and San Casciano — our chef grew up in a family where the kitchen was the soul of the home. He learned the first secrets of Italian cuisine from his grandmother, surrounded by fresh pasta and homemade sauces.

He graduated from the prestigious ALMA – La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana. He refined his talent in traditional restaurants across the region, bringing to the table authenticity, refined technique, and a passion you can taste in every dish.

More than just a restaurant, Molto! is an extension of our story and our desire to offer something special: a fusion of culture, memory, and flavor, served with simplicity and sophistication.

The Birth of an Opportunity…

Our project was born from the passion of a child who grew up in Newark, New Jersey — an American community with a strong Italian influence. From an early age, the aroma of traditional Italian dishes filled his everyday life, creating a special bond with this authentic cuisine. Visits to his immigrant grandmothers’ homes, where he delighted in genuine flavors, forever shaped his palate and love for Italian gastronomy.

As an adult, after moving to Portugal, he realized that no Italian restaurant truly evoked the aromas he grew up with… This Italian world remained unexplored — and so, he decided to invest in a distinctive vision: Molto!, where Italian tradition meets innovation, offering a unique and passionate culinary experience.
